Participation in the conference and its social events is contingent upon agreement to our Code of Conduct and Complaint Procedure. Your guests will receive an email to this effect, unless they have registered previously.

Before you begin, please ensure you have the following information ready for each guest:
– Email address;
– Dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies).

NOTE that a copy of the tickets will be emailed to you and to each guest.
